Can I add a personal message to my order?
Yes, if you’re sending a gift, please contact us and we’ll let you know how we can help with a personal message.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Please note that orders placed during weekends, public holidays or periods of high demand may require additional processing time.
Orders within Greece are usually delivered within 1–3 business days. For other countries, delivery times vary depending on the destination.
How can I track my order?

Returns & Exchanges
Can I return my scarf?
Yes. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets our return conditions.
How do I start a return?

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund. The amount should appear in your account within 2-5 business days, depending on your payment provider.
